2.        Legal Capacity To Transact

Should Shop supplies suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Shop supplies reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Shop supplies.

3.       Placing Your Order

You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on the Shop supplies Web Site and clicking the “Purchase” OR “Place Order” button.

When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number. We will do this by email.

By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the Shop supplies website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any Products; however Shop supplies will make every effort to supply Products to you. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud.

Pet Supplies Australia Pty Ltd and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.

Pet Supplies Australia Pty Ltd currently accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Bank deposit, Cheques and Money orders.

Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.

We process credit card and PayPal payments after you click the "Purchase" or "Place Order" button.

Where you pay by direct bank deposit or cheque you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation.

If a payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, Shop supplies reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

For credit card and PayPal payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Where you pay by bank deposit or cheque a tax invoice will be sent to you via email after your payment has been confirmed. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.

Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

Pet Supplies Australia Pty Ltd always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices.

Pet Supplies Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at www.petsuppliesaustralia.com.au at any time.

The price of products shown excludes shipping costs.

Shipping cost is shown separately on the product page but may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.

7.       Supply of Your Products

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.

When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item. Please not orders may be shipped via a number of couriers and may be delivered in multiple deliveries.

8.       Delivery Of Your Products

Delivery time takes approximately 3-5 working days from the date payment is received.

With large bulk consignments we will endeavour to deliver your consignment within our standard terms but due to the nature of some goods or in the case of remote location we will inform you of the expected delivery time by e-mail before dispatch.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges if the incorrect region for delivery is selected, or if your location is considered remote by the most relevant shipping carrier.

In all cases you will be informed of additional shipping charges before goods are dispatched.

Pet Supplies Australia Pty Ltd makes every effort to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery times provided by Shop supplies at checkout. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.

Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact at contact@petsuppliesaustralia.com.au

We encourage you to visit the respective couriers’ website and track your order to view the delivery status of your products, information of consignment note and link to courier supplied in shipping notification e-mail.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your “Order Confirmation”. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure they can accept all deliveries and provide a signature as proof of delivery if required. Redelivery will incur additional charges.

It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure they can accept all deliveries in regards to unloading of items such as having a forklift available if required.  In the case of hand unload assistance being required at destination this will be charged to the customer at point of unload.

We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.

Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

9.       Damaged or Faulty Goods

We endeavour to insure your goods are packed in the appropriate manner to ensure fail safe delivery however it is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure there are no breakages or missing items at the time of delivery. By signing for a delivery you are accepting that the order is complete and intact. If you order is partially shipped (i.e. there are products still to send, a remark will appear in the comments section of the shipping label).

In cases where goods appear to have been damaged or broken in transit we advise you to refuse to accept the order and notify us immediately. If possible photograph the consignment immediately and e-mail the details to contact@petsuppliesaustralia.com.au. We will subsequently advise the freight company of the issue and will replace or repair any item that has been damaged in transit where required.

By signing for and accepting a delivery you are acknowledging that the product has arrived in good condition. If the packaging is damaged in any way please inspect the contents prior to signing for it.

Exceptions to this are at the discretion of Pet Supplies Australia Pty Ltd management. We will however do everything possible to rectify any issues incurred related to damage in transit.

Prior to returning any products you must contact us for authorisation. Merchandise returned without authorisation may be declined and returned to sender.

All damage claims must be filed with the carrier (if damage is noted at the time of delivery). We will provide you full assistance in the unlikely event.

For warranty claims, please contact us to make appropriate arrangements.

Please select your purchase items carefully; as once a product has been paid for, and goods received in working order, you will not be eligible for refund or exchange. (Exceptions to this are at the discretion of Pet Supplies Australia Pty Ltd management).

We do not cover freight expenses on warranty claims.

Any re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned goods (after approval) due to change of mind or incorrectly ordered may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the consignment value.

All Returns and Breakage, Shortages notifications must be made within 7 days of original delivery

10.   Statutory Conditions and Warranties

Statutory conditions and warranties apply. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the application of those statutory conditions and warranties.
