petsuppliesaustralia.com.au currently ships to addresses throughout the Australia. We primarily utilise Australia Post Network for the majority of our shipments however, we may use Aramex, Couriers Please and other couriers from time to time to suit our delivery locations or to accommodate a faster shipping experience for our customers.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours

  • Order cutoff time : 2.00 pm every weekday.

While these orders before 2.00 pm will be handed off to our shipping partners (Australia Post, Aramex, Couriers Please and more), we cannot guarantee their ability to expedite the shipping process. If you have concerns, please contact Customer Service.

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered.
